The whisk is the best thing I've found for incorporating dough ingredients in a bowl. My Danish dough whisk is made in Poland perhaps by folks who used to live in Uzbekistan. I bought the whisk at Breadtopia, which incidentally is an excellent place to shop.

I must agree. This tool hardly requires any cleaning and is a joy to use. I watched the pros using it at the Kneading Conference in Maine and knew I had to have one. Thanks so much for the suggestion.

My wife got me one for Christmas this year and I also favor it over other utensils. Sorry wooden spoons.
