Pizza oven in Cuzco, Peru. Note the hood for venting in the front, but also a pipe for venting in the back. If exterior hoods in the front are not high enough, it's very easy to bang one's head. I have a feeling the hood was added on because the vent pipe in back was not large enough to do the job. Also, the bends in the pipe would have restricted the exhaust
